Students who want to learn to play an instrument and perform in the band must first take Beginner Band.
The Beginner Band performs in the annual Christmas Concert and Spring Concert under the direction of Mr. Harrison and Mrs. Boatwright.
The students attend the West Tennessee Solo and Ensemble Contest in Jackson for individual and group performance assessments.
