HEART Program - Hardeman
County utilizes our H.E.A.R.T. program for grades
kindergarten through eight. Students are
assessed three times throughout the year using a program called
Aimsweb. Teachers use the information from this assessment
as well as ongoing common assessments to personalize instruction
for each student. Included in each lesson is whole group
instruction,
small group instruction, and independent work in stations.
