About Us
Toone Elementary School educates children in grades pre-K through eight. Students who live in Toone,
Cloverport, Silerton and surrounding areas may attend Toone School.
The school serves as a feeder school for Bolivar Central High
School.
Toone School has an enrollment of approximately 275 students.

Grades Pre-K - 5 are self contained.
- Grades 6 - 8 are departmentalized. - All students have classes in art, library and guidance. - All students participate in music and computer instruction in every homeroom class. TES students have the opportunity to participate in Book Fair, Harvest Festival, Box Tops 4Education, various field trips, Pizza Hut Book It Program, Field Day and Diamond Jaxx Honor Roll Program. |

Facilities
Toone The current building was built in 1950, with additions made in 1968, 1979, and 1998 as the needs increased with changing populations and changing class size limits. The current facility includes a gym with a stage, a library in a portable classroom, a new kitchen, and a dining room that accommodates ninety people, eighteen classrooms, four sets of restrooms, and a large playground. |
